Depression negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. An unhealthy way of living that sometimes we can't avoid to experience.

We can overcome this by going out with friends, talking to people who can give you advice, listesning to good music, involving yourself to outdoor activities like bible studies.

Yes, we all get stressed , specially to those things that we don't understand. Those things that we can't stop and we can't explain why do they exist.

GUYS I love to point out Depression here because this is a serious case at this days, hope we can help them out into Darkness, make them realize that if they wanna leave this God's World, let/make them recall the goodness happen to them untill from the start. Exercise can be a big help. It must be high intensity and this will release endorphins in the brain which are God's natural sedative.

Yes it is one of the best idea because endorphins serves as an analgesic that reduces pain perception during depression, thanks you @kus-knee
