I am so glad that I am here for taking part in this contest. Hoping you'll enjoy reading it. Alhamdulillah, I am doing fine and I wish the same for all of you. Come to make this week learn for each others. So friendsSo friends, I pray that you all remain completely well and live your lives very well. I am excited to be part of this contest. And share my ideas with you. I hope that we will all learn something from each other's experiences and that Allah Almighty will surely guide us towards success. In this challenge we have to create Dough for tequeños. Tequeños is a type of Venezuelan snack that is made by wrapping cheese or some other filling in dough and frying it.

So guys Let's get started:

I am trying this recipe for the very first time and I saw and read about it for the first time in this challenge and after that I said that I should participate in it and try this recipe too.

  • So, first of all, I started preparing dough. I took a beautiful glass bowl and poured 150 ml of water into it. Then I added two tablespoons of salt to it. Then I added 1 tablespoon of sugar to it.

  • Then I added the eggs to it and after that I added the butter to it. Then I added 7g of the main ingredient in this recipe, dry yeast. Then I whipped it up well and mixed everything together.

  • We can add any type of white flour to this, so I also took white flour and started adding it to this mixture. After mixing this whole mixture well, I prepared a dough and kept it for 20 minutes.

  • In the meantime, I took the white cheese and started cutting long slices of it. I have seen many entries in this challenge, in which everyone has made almost the same shapes by cutting thick pieces of something and making them into a round shape. So I thought I would cut it into a little thinner slice and make this dough in its slightly thinner shape, which will make it more crispy and also taste delicious. So I cut them into thin slices.

  • After 20 minutes, I took my dough and made three pieces of it, and from each of them, I took one piece and made a big round loaf, and then I cut long pieces of it too. Then I took a piece of something and a piece of dough and shaped it into this shape. I wrapped the piece of bad thing with the dough and the shape that was formed is what you can see in the picture. And that's how I made all the shapes.

Now it's our turn to fry these dough:

  • For this I placed the frying pan on the stove turned on the flame. And poured ghee into it. When it got hot I put the dough in it and fried it.

I have tried this recipe for the first time. But it turned out to be very delicious and we all liked it very much. Because when I started frying it. Its beautiful aroma spread everywhere and even those. who did not have the heart to eat it. Taking in the aroma, everyone ate it with great enthusiasm..

🔻When you tried tequeños, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.🔺

I try this recipe first time. I really felli in love. I really like it's golden, crispy outer side and the soft, cheesy inner side. It's crunch like wao. Every bite feel warm and comforting. I like a hug in food form. I could not stop smiling at eating time. This feels me cozy gatherings and laughter with my friends. Cheese stretches when I bite. It is so satisfying. I like it very much and I want to make this again and again. Tequeños are more than only a snack, these are pure happiness in every bite.

🔻What sauce would you serve with your tequeños?🔺

If I have a chance to choose, I love to serve tequeños with a creamy garlic mayo sauce. This add a smooth, rich flavour that blends perfectly with the crispy dough. Also melted cheese. The slight tang in mayo and the warmth of the garlic make each bite more exciting. Sometimes I also like a bit of spicy chili sauce for a kick bite. I think dipping tequeños into my favourite sauce is part of the fun. The right sauce turns them from delicious to unforgettable. Garlic mayo is that perfect match that makes tequeños even more special for me.

🔻Besides the filling you used for your tequeños, what other filling would you like to use or have you tried? Tell us.🔺

I love to write answer, besides the classic cheese filling, I love to try chicken and cream cheese. The creamy texture mixed with tender chicken will make it extra rich and satisfying. I also thinking a chocolate and banana filling for a sweet version. It would be like dessert tequeños! Food is about creativity and tequeños give endless options. I can play with flavours, mix savory, sweet and surprise to everyone. Trying new fillings keeps cooking exciting. My dream is to make a platter with different fillings so each bite feels like a new little adventure.
