You are welcome. It's comforting to know that so many are feeling the same way I think. At least we know that at an individual lever, we're not crazy haha
I don't know. Maybe we are crazy. We're just crazy together. Crazy for being here, crazy for bending into a pretzel to make things work, crazy to be involved in something that at times feels like the future, and other times feels like 1999.
As we've discussed elsewhere, things that go on here are similar to what goes on outside, even though we're here on the promise that things would be better, because people are searching for freedom and the ability to speak and say what they want.
Then we get here, and while that's going on, there's a sort of caste system vibe to it—everyone in their place and if you step out of it, you will probably incur the wrath of someone. Even if you don't step out of line, you might incur the wrath of someone.
And yet, in the middle of all that, we're able to meet good people and build friendships and help each other and try to find the time to do more because sleep is overrated and who needs it anyway? :)
Yep, sounds crazy to me.
You know I am starting to develop a pretty crazy theory about why we are here doing this. Sadly I must run and catch up on commenting. Oh well another story for another day I suppose.
Okay, so that's a teaser if I ever saw one. I'm not sure we can let you get away with that. :) Right, @lynncoyle1? If @headchange is going to hint at something, the thought should be finished sooner than "another day, I suppose." :)
Of course, at this point, it is another day, so spill the crazy theory already. :) I'd love to hear why I'm really here.
Maybe I better just touch on that a bit in a comment to your post. After all I am tardy to the party over there remember?
