The Poor Dude's Birthday is During Summer Vacation
I'm sure some of you are Children of the Summer, and can relate. One of the worst times ever to have a birthday when you're a little one. Not old enough yet to have all your friends' phone numbers. School is where you see most of your pals. Sure you may have one or two buddies that could come, but no big, invite the whole class stuff.
Everything Was Going to Plan
Stryder handed out all his invitations to his 12 classmates (his whole school only has 50 children in it). Most said they'd be able to make it. We decorated the house and got so excited, and then BAM the night before his party, he starts coughing and not feeling well.
I don't know what's with Stryder and Kiedis, but they are notorious for getting sick on their birthdays. Kiedis has had it happen it twice now, and Stryder kind of ruined his own birthday in the summer just by being in a horrible mood, he may have had a touch of something. I don't know. All I know is they get so excited that they get ill.

Stryder had an awesome birthday, even if he didn't get to run around all crazy because of his cough, he still made it through like a champ. And what a haul lol!
Needless to say, I'm just happy to be back posting on the block, and seeing all of you again. That was a difficult time going without our home for 24 hours, wow! We made it through though #STEEM Fam! We did it!

I was also born in summer so I can relate to how they feel :) Oh, poor boys! So annoying to be sick on your birthday. When I was still at home I was ALWAYS sick on Christmas. I don't know how I managed that but there was not one year that I was feeling good, lol.

one more time...the real way. Happy Birthday to you. I think I said that back in August at my house..lol. I don't blame you..however, I would squeeze two birthdays in a year out of life, if I had a reason to. Orrrr. just cuz. Because hey its fun and you only live once. You teach us so much and keep us all intrigued. Love you so much Strudel..Everyday with you fills my heart with joy. You are pure joy. I am so blessed.xx
Yep, my Leo self understands this, lol. Luckily I lived in the era of "playing with kids on the block" though, so I still had a regular party near my actual birthday in August. Most of my friends were within walkable distance, if not on my same block. ;) @themarkymark posted that voting more will bring down the price of comments as far as RCs go! I hope that's right - so I'm going to try and vote more!
I love your vintage corel plates with the green pattern, my niece collects that pattern.
It looks like fun. I am an Autumn child so I can't relate to the summer birthday, but my soul always quickens a bit come october as we move closer to my birthday month :)
