Sometimes, in our live we meet people who do or say thing that may hurt our feelings. Whether it's on purpose or not intentionally, emotionally it will makes us feel bad about ourselves and about everything.

Being emotional will also affect our life in a very negative way. We sometimes influence other on how we feel or how we behave. We get hurt because someone usully attack things we value or people we love.

Let's make it easy to deal with hurt feelings. If you're feeling is hurt, don't over think it, thats not gonna help you better. Separate yourself from thoughts instead. Reflect whether they are worth your enerygy, move on if not..
Dont be disappointed, it will impact your day in a big way. Call someone you trust and who will take tome to listen. Try to smile or laugh.

Go out and enjoy the views around and pay attention on a good things. Dont spend to much to what is not good, it will not benefit you.

We are all in different paths and stages in our lives. We are all experiencing different thing maybe that's the reason why some are mean, cruel and rude.Our time is precious,why waste it. Dont hold a grudge, feel love instead. Think about the people who loves you. It will helps you forgive and let go of hurts.
