Welcome to my post! Today I want to introduce you the brine ribs which is offered by the " Dazui" restaurant. It is the most famous dish of the restaurant. Also the ribs are very particular and big. In the photo ,there are three ribs.

这个酱香排骨是在一家叫做“大嘴霸王排骨”的餐厅吃到的，菜名也取得很霸气，叫龙骨，其实就是比较大根的排骨。不过份量确实很足，味道也很好吃，是将排骨与酱汁熬制而成的。我们点了三根，一人一根就已经很满足啦！
