Personally, I don't think that ads will solve the problem.
Also... ads can be only integrated with interfaces like Steemit and Busy. This will not help Steem directly. Also... Steem already has to many ads, because actually all posts which bought votes are like ads - unwanted content.
Steemit Inc. still has millions of dollars in STEEM. They screw-up by not securing enough funds in FIAT during a bull market.
Also... Steemit will never be able to earn from ads as much as Facebook. Why? Because Facebook basically spy you, to be able to serve you better matched ads. People will not allow for that here.
Yes but that can change if people would like to give access to their privacy like Facebook does for ads and personally steemit isn’t that private but I do truly believe it wil compete with Facebook more and more in the future until they buy each other out or join
I agree I think that steemit will surpass Facebook and I'm investing in it for the Long Haul hopefully it pays off and each and every single one of us steemians will be very proud we stayed on the boat
