I was around when this Rolf Harris song was Viral -- 1960 to be precise. Sun Arise was another goodie from him. It pretty well represents the moment when Folk music was transitioning into Rock. It was the first many of us in the Americas ever heard of the Wallaby or the Didgeridoo.
I'm sure Wallabys are about as dangerous as a deer crossed with a rabbit. Dangerous for the garden maybe.
What about jake the peg, I remember that one, Lol. The Wallabies wont give you much trouble but a big red Roo can disembowel you with his big toe, cheers mate.
