I woke at the usual time and did the usual activities today. Nothing special just did basic chores, had a 30-minute walk, checked on the kids, and washed some of my old shoes.
Late afternoon my sister-in-law called me and asked for help preparing some ingredients so I went to their house and helped her prepare.
