What is the secret to become rich?

When I was 19 years old, my dream was not to become rich but to become a scientist. In fact, I equated becoming rich to becoming 'evil'.
This all changed when I read a book about how to become a millionaire. I didn't actually buy the book. My brother lent it to me after I asked him what was the best way for me to apply for and be successful in getting an internship.
He passed me the book and said: it may be a book about becoming a millionaire, but it will teach you everything you need to know about applying for and getting an internship. The principles are the same.
The book would change my entire life. Not only did I get the internship, I learned one thing that would help me make over 6-figures in the next 10 years. What is it?
It's this:
Money is not evil.
This was the first lesson in that book. It made me aware that I was intentionally blocking myself from even the smallest possibility of becoming rich. So I never got rich. I only always earned enough to get by.
Since then, I've opened up myself to learning how to build profitable businesses and multiple income streams. This made it possible for me to get my family out of a massive 7-figure debt.
So if you were to ask me what the secret to getting rich is, I'd say it this:
Your mindset.
