Advisory: Issue on Cashing out from Coins via Cardless ATM Instant Payout
I tried out Coins PH Cardless ATM Instant Payout option for Cash out since we need some cash to pay for preparations for Saturday's meetup and Steemit talk. I encountered an error that Security Bank encountered an error while processing the eGiveCash cash-out.
If you are not familiar with Cashing out through Coins PH, here's how I did it and eventually encountered the issue.
1. Click Cashout icon.
2. I selected Cardless Instant ATM Payout and entered the Amount and Recipient details.
3. After confirming the transaction, I was told I would get notification when the payment is processed.
4. In less than a minute, I got this SMS saying Security Bank encountered an error and the Coins PH support team is working on it and will contact me when the issue is resolved.
I will provide updates when I get feedback from Coins PH, and when they resolve the issue.
It would be best not to use this Instant Payout option for now.
UPDATE: It's fixed now. I got a confirmation email and got the money from ATM hasslefree.
Awww.. I think there is an issue with Coins.ph today. I cashed in via Unionbank and usually it just takes 10 mins or less for the money to show in my account. But it's now more than 4 hours. No confirmation until now.
May slowness nga no?pero ung BPI transfer ko from coins few days ago it was fast naman.

Currently using cebuana for my cash-out never had any issue with it.
Thanks I'll try that out next time. Kinabahan lang ako this time because its steemph money haha. We need to eat on Saturday.
Correct btw we have someone @ankarlie she is doing a pooled pay-out with the SBD and she is the one that @steemitfamilyph is relying on with regards to the cash-out concerns. It is less hassle for us plus she is not charging any fees.
I use that option pa naman when sending money to my relatives in PH... hope the issue gets fixed soon.

yung bdo kasi may charges na di ba... at least Security bank atm withdrawals are (free for now)...
Coins.ph is what I am using right now Ate.. pero I use Cebuana L. to cash out. Easy and may konting transaction fee pero okay lang naman.. :)

Probably just a glitch in their notification. I always use this coz its #free.
Yup it was resolve in a few hours, tama, free, no fees :)
