What kills us financially, often times like you've rightly put, is spending more money on recreation to please ourselves...buying things that are not really necessary, going beyond / or not having budgets at all...
Hence, we must look for ways to amend our spending otherwise, we grow old poor...

I agree. It is still important to enjoy life and have fun ofcourse, however a trainer is a trainer is a trainer at the end of the day.
