you are special

You Are Special

a look in your eyes, deep and blurry,
leaves me grounded and in no hurry
to go astray; you keep me close.
your love is on what I overdose.

we play with words and keep on growing.
I'll never run out of ways of showing
you, the world, through poetry,
just how special you are to me.
