Understand the situation and find a solution (+Steemit)

Hello friends, wanted to talk about a subject that can get to be repetitive, and that has been in some way or another, a concern of many users of steemit.

Precisely today marks one week, since it was implemented the hardfork 18, which has brought good things and bad, I realized in this last week, that there are many people who feel somehow disappointed and even defrauded, in this last I am not very much agree, but it is a position validates, for the people who feel that way. Really can be difficult to digest, the situation in which we are today, payments remain very low, and I think that we have all realized that the activity has fallen exponentially, there are people who have been faithful to his way of working and have not ceased to produce content, which seems to me to be very well.

It is difficult to say to a person who maintain the work, when we witness that unfortunately our work is not rewarded appropriately today, some will tell me, that I only think about the money we are not winning. But we are aware that this was and has been the promise of the platform, that we are rewarded for producing content, for example when we produce content and posted it on facebook, we do not receive any payment for our work, and I do not see that someone complain of that; although I would like to say that apart from that we are rewarded in steemit, social experience is very special, and you can see the different points of view, and that for me nourishes the debate and makes this social network has an additional ingredient apart from what was previously said.

Although I must say that I recently involved more actively in building community, I am fully confident of the extraordinary potential that has steemit, and I believe that many of us have this feeling, without doubt, I believe that we need to understand the situation and analyze it in context, and consequently draw our conclusions. Where many see a problem, I see it rather as an opportunity.

Why do I say this?

I think that we are faced with a possibility that our work will be most viewed, due to the little activity, and that in consequence is translated in a greater number of followers. Because I am sure that, when payments back to normality, many of the people who now do not write, return to submit their articles, and when it arrives to happen in the coming weeks, the record that you have during this difficult period. You are going to get the reward, for which, I think from my humble opinion, that everything is based on the perseverance that you have for your goals.

I know very well that it is difficult to assimilate this time, and continue producing content knowing that possibly the payment that you will receive will be very low. We cannot see things, nothing more as obstacles or impossibilities, and sit down to complain about the current situation of steemit, rather we are drivers of the changes that we believe are necessary so that this social network to become what we aspire to.
