A STORY WRITTEN BY ME AND MY FRIENDS TITLED (SAVAGES)
Story title; SAVAGES Episode 1 19th September 2016 Sitting at the veranda of my house on a cold morning,it was really cold. I was listening to ed sheeran jamz on my headset. Miriam rushed in yelling my name, frankz! Frankz!!....she got to me, pulled my headset off my ears and then With a shout announced the mind blowing news to me "simo" i just saw your name on the admission list of my school to study petroleum engineering, for some seconds, I didn't Know what was happening until she shook me, just then I realized i have been lost in my thoughts ''you hear wetin i talk" she said surprised at my reactions,yes am hearing
you.but tell me are you serious or you are Just pulling my Legs, she looked at me with a funny irritated expression and said,see this one o,you think say na joke abii??,oya if you doubt me go check am yourself, Ode!! Instantly i was overwhelmed with joy cos this is an admission I have been looking for, for over 2years now. Right now i didn't care about what she thought, all that matters at this point was that I'm getting into school, I jumped around not minding if my headset fell on the ground, well good thing it didn't cos it really cost me a fortune. In so much excitement i stretched forth my hands to hug her.she pushed me bck and gave a very weird look and said, now you believe me abii.?Ah ah no be so i replied. then I hugged and gave her a peck, thanked her for the information.deep down i could sense that she was blushing, but shoo wetin concern me, i just do asif i no notice.. Frankz mar reach my house,as you can see am just coming from school, we go talk later na she concluded. no wahala i replied i go come around later eh! Thank you. As Soon as she left.i started screaming like a child not minding if anione is hearing me.later that night I broke the news to my parent after i have confirmed it, my parents were really happy that they celebrated, mumsi even kill fowl (chicken) for me."wat if na job i get" i thought. Me na strong mummy's boy..no be small tin o see as she just dy make calls up and down.. friendz came around the next day.we all celebrated it and thanked GOD for everything..see as body just dy sweet me anyhow...No one and nothing had prepared me for the shock surprised and the life that laid ahead.. 9 months latter June 12th (2nd semester) I was now Finally a student in the University of portharcourt studying electrical engineering,for now things were going quite the way i expected, except cash-yes cash ,my brother money was hard to come by.there was a lot to learn both academically and socially, girls boku for thoes guyz in the fking business i got mixed with several kinds of people, male and female, the good and the bad, serious and unserious,he ugly, beautiful,worwor,the block head,big yansh girls,flat yansh girls, cultists and guyz that all they knew how to do is keep dread locks,pink lips and fk girls.. Despite all these people my best of friends were these two fellows Nuel who's a chap, he's cute, super smart always studying.had no much Time for girls.. girls dy die for am scatta.. and UCHE a guy who you hardly see studying except on test/exam weeks, a woman wrapper unlike Nuel girls no too they gbadu hm style a bet addict-a very strong one for that matter he spent half of his days in a betting outlet. Ohh did i forget to mention that Uche was a very stingy guy...these two set of persons happened to be my roommates, that's how we lived together.. till one evening.
