🐧 Ubuntu without snapd. Chromium installation with apt #MakeUbuntuLinuxAgain

Ubuntu LTS 20.04 is here but some packages can't be installed in the " Linux way ", so let's fix it by removing snapd and adding the Debian repository to Ubuntu.
