Vodka Lava Cake

Isn't that mouth watering seeing the Title of my dessert post today? Don't be shy, give it a shot and be happy for some awesome treat. Super easy, you can make it while you're watching TV or watching your favorite game.

My own original recipe.
For 3 people
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 oz bittersweet chocolate bars
1 oz semisweet chocolate bar
2 oz of vodka
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup and 1 tbsp fine sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Method:

Melt the chocolate bars and the butter in the microwave or bring to boil some water in the pot and place a bowl with chocolate bars and butter in the pot (make sure don't let the bowl touch the water). Turn off the heat and remove the bowl, stir it until it's completely melted.

In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until it's a little pale (do not over beat). Add the melted chocolate and butter, vanilla extract, flour, vodka and pinch of salt then mix it well.
Using a big spoon, scoop the mixture and pour it evenly into the 6 oz custard cups. Bake them for 13 minutes over 350 degrees.

Let it cool and serve.
