Piña colada

Enjoying my afternoon with my homemade Cocktail, Piña colada and a slice of homemade Coffee Cake, while my son rides his scooter back and forth outside the garage.

Is easy to make, in a blender combine some ice, 1 cup of dice fresh pine apple or frozen, pineapple juice (I pressed from fresh pineapple), white rum, coconut cream and some sugar if you prefer, then blend it until smooth.
