HOW STRONG IS YOUR HEART REALLY?

How many of us go through life thinking we can misuse our hearts and bodies by what we eat, lack of exercise and proper nutrition. Is it a joke to you? Americans health has become a real problem. Who would've ever thought that obesity would be considered a disease especially among younger children. Back when l was a child we were physically active there was no Xbox, PlayStation four or simpleton reality shows.
Especially in the summertime it was either go out be physically active, ride your bike with your friends or l will find your ass something to do around the house,clean up dog poop in backyard or whatever else l can come up with around the house. What does eating healthy and exercising do for the heart . Exercise makes your heart stronger, which helps it pump more blood with each heartbeat. It lowers blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease and reduce levels of LDL ( bad cholesterol ),which can clog the arteries and can cause a heart attack.

Things we often do that destroy our heart, consuming to much alcohol, drugs, to much stress.
So while you're working on body muscles, arms legs and so forth don't forget about that other muscle called the heart . One more thing read as often as you can or do crossword puzzle's and word find pads. As they say a mind is a terrible thing to waste .

You got that right. I try to cook from scratch like my parents did for me.

Obesity and ill health have become epidemic the world over. People are inactive, over-eat and bd eating habits. Fast food, processed foods and junk food have become the norm. Not time for breakfast? Grab a donut and coffee and eat on the run. Solution...get up earlier or prepare the night before. Oh, but that takes time away from TV or X-box. Time to look at our collective live styles and the sooner the better.

You're right! I find myself working on reading more, watching only the half an hour news and exercising three days a week, walking around the indoor track where l work out in the winter time just taking better care of myself mentally and physically.
