If you can be present - observe people, they'll show you real faces
If you stay present, if you are here now and observe, people will show you they're faces, they will show you exactly who they are.
The deeper you are lost inside your head, your mind is over working the more you fail to recognize what is directly in front of you.
But before you can absolutely be present with others, first you have to be present with yourself. And this requires patience and self-compassion, self-esteem because initially, you'll become aware, eventually you'll be able to see other people exactly as they are, not as who you were thinking they are. Life will becomes easier because there'll be little, or no confusion, and you should and can move forward.
