Thomas Müller could leave Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich vice-captain Thomas Müller admitted that he might not retire at Allianz Arena where he is a legend and is the №4 goalscorer of all time in the Bundesliga.
"It's hard to watch 3,4 years into the future. Things are going pretty well, there is no reason to leave. But a man never knows what will happen in future years.", explained Müller.
"It depends on what level my abillities will be, what will be the conditions and if the coach will trust me... I don't believe that players dream of being in an exact place. There is always a mix of sport and financial perspectives. Sometimes the whole package makes you choose a different country, sometimes not.
But nobody can convince me, that he has planned something his whole life. Because in the game there are short-term things, that are a part of your personal life."
Thomas Müller has appeared in 425 matches in all competitions and has scored 171 goals in total. He also has 89 appearances for the Germany national team and has 37 goals.
