My Awakening - You can too

It was about 10 years ago that I cut the cable and I've never looked back.

I wasn't really digging much of the "programming" being offered on the 200+ cable channels nor the $100+ per month I was paying for all this crappy programming which of course included an abundant amount of commercials. My package included Cable TV + Internet + Home Phone services. I also had a cell phone for which I was paying an additional $50 per month to Sprint unless of course I went over my allotted minutes in which case it was even more.

I knew I could watch movies and some shows on Netflix for only $10/month and I really was never using my home (landline) phone. In some small twinkle of awakening I decide it was time for a change and to save some money. I called up COX and told them I wanted to change my service to Internet Only which would only cost me $40/month and which actually come with a lot less taxes and fees, and I signed up for Netflix (with NO COMMERCIALS!).

I also found out about some much cheaper cell phone service providers in my area which come with no contracts and $35/month plans for unlimited talk and text. Good bye SPRINT, hello Cricket and/or Metro PCS which were the two I looked into. So in a few months I went from $150+ per month (the + is for the all the taxes and other misc. fees they attach) down to $85 per month for Internet, NetFlix and my new cell phone plan (and by plan I mean just a month to month payment that I could cancel or change at any time). I then began to use NetFlix to watch DOCUMENTARIES! and I got hooked. I also found there was a lot of good content on YouTube other than just funny cat videos. This was the true beginning of my real awakening.

I now encourage all of you to consider doing the same. It as amazing just to cut out all those bullshit propaganda commercials. Now when I see commercials on TV when visiting my friends out I can believe how blatantly obvious the bullshit propaganda really is. Oh, did also mention that I shared my Wi/Fi with my neighbor so my bill was really only half :)

   (and countless more videos about 9/11 truth)

The end results is that it is now my strong opinion that governments are only good for 2 things, to take your money and to kill you. The world is run by giant corporations that also don't care about you including Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Banking, Big Agriculture and the Military Industrial Complex.
