The Lalbagh Fort, the only historical monument of Bangladesh in the Mughal period, has been used simultaneously with stone, marble and other color tiles. Apart from the Lalbagh fort, no other historic monuments of Bangladesh have been found to be mixed. Thousands of foreign and foreign visitors were seen walking around the fort this fort in Lalbagh area of Dhaka.
The naming of Lalbagh Kella:
If one considers the reasons for its nomenclature, then it will naturally come to his head that it has been named Lalbagh fort because of Lalbagh. The idea is not correct at all, it is actually named after the area. But first, its name was completely different so that the area had no effect. Initially, the name of this fort was "Kellah Aurangabad".
History of Lalbagh Fort:
The construction of the Lalbagh Fort began in 1678. The then Mughal emperor Azam Shah started the construction work. Although Azam Shah was the Mughal emperor for a very short period of time. Yet within a short span of time, he started this extraordinary work. Note that Azam Shah was the son of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb and grandson of Emperor Shah Jahan, who was widely respected for the construction of the Taj Mahal. About a year after the construction of this fort, he had to return to Delhi in order to suppress the Maratha insurgency in his father's office. After the departure of Emperor Azam Shah, the construction of the fort was temporarily stopped. Then there is a doubt that the construction work of this fort will be completely complete. But with the end of all speculation, Nawab Shaista Khan again started the construction of Lalbagh Fort after about one year after the work stopped. The construction of the fort started again with full enthusiasm. However, the construction of the fort was stopped after the construction of the fort after nearly four years of resumption of Shaista Khan, and the construction of the fort was not started anymore. Basically, Shaista Khan stopped construction work of Lalbagh Fort because of the death of Nayab Shaista Khan's daughter, Prabi Bibi. After the death of Pari Bibi, the idea of rubbing about the castle was born in everybody, everyone began to think that the castle was dead. After the death of Bibi, he was buried in the fort of Lalbagh, and since then it has been called the name of Pari Bibi Tomb. The dome of the tomb of pori Bibi was once a goldfish, but now it is no more, the copper plate has rolled the entire dome.
