Thank you. I was staying in Lake Oswego for a couple of months and I drove all around Portland. I seem to remember an area the called the Dulles (not positive) and it was surrounded by very steep cliffs. That's why I figured there must be some waterfalls in that area.
Is that in the Dulles?

My bad. Plus I can't spell. That was one beautiful area. Portland was also very nice but it was overcast a lot.
