Green chillies are also known as mood boosters. It transmits endorphins in the brain, which helps our mood to be quite pleasant.

According to research findings, sweet drinks have an effect on the memory of the brain. These findings have been published in two magazines.

The research has been published in the journal 'Alzheimer's and Dementia'. It has been said in the magazine that poor smokers, lack of brain volume and especially hippocampus are small in those who consume sweet drinks. Hippocampus is the part of the brain that is responsible for learning and memory.

The second part of this research has been published in the journal 'Stroke'. It has been said that people who drink daily soda in the day are three times more likely to suffer from stroke and dementia than those who do not.

Researchers have also presented a number of hypotheses regarding artificial sweeteners. It has also been reported to have harmful effects.

Matthew Paes, chief author of the Boston University research, said, "We need to do more work in this direction."
