Dream Journal - № 1 - "Thank Heavens, the Sufi's Have Come!"
Somehow or another...
When I was reading this mysterious post: Is it dream or Reality? from @travelmuse, I was reminded that I meant to start a dream journal series at some point. Sometimes I have really trippy dreams, and I figure I may as well selectively subject the wider world to them as well.
In any case... I used to keep an illustrated dream journal, so I'll dust it off and start dropping some bizarre little dream vignettes on you all. But more importantly, it's time to refresh my ink and watercolor practice once again. I figure, while I'm traveling on the #steemP2PTour, in between the shooting and editing of videos, I need to have some relatively simple daily practice or meditation, and this might just do the trick.
A little context
Back when I had this dream I was reading a lot of Sufi poetry, and literature, such as this:
A thief entered the house of a Sufi, and found nothing there to steal. As he was leaving, the dervish, sensing his disappointment, threw him the blanket on which he had been lying.

and
As marble on a dome
rolls down,
on a fools heart, the word

So with that in mind, here's Dream Journal - № 1
I set out to find work as a stonemason, or working with earth somehow.
My phone rings... my mother and sister are talking about something very serious, but neither can hear me or seems to know I am on the line.
I am weaving through throngs of workers on the dusty road when some man mindlessly sprays me with liquid fertilizer or pesticide! I run clear of him, spitting the foul liquid from my mouth, and make my way to some trees along a low hilltop.
Now safely at my tree lined hill, I lean back against a fence, thinking again of the mysterious phone call.
Suddenly, with great fury, a flaming string of train-cars rounds the corner, leaning every which way, and threatening to ignite everything in its path!
Sufi's ride up on horseback, many on foot too... announcing: The people's rebellion has begun!
Pandemonium ensues... Thank heavens the Sufis have come, I think... now's my chance...

It´s grate to hold a dream journal. I once made an interactive Artwork called Dreambox. It´s a file where guests can write their dreams on a numbered sheet of paper. The box has traveled across Iceland :)
Wow! Very interesting to read . What is there ...in our subconscious... a big secret. But sometimes it's opening a bit to us with the help of dreams . I enjoyed yours !)
When the subconscious deepens I am convinced that there is a bridge between the world of dreams and the real world, when we wake up many times these dreams are reflected in our reality, I like when these dreams are constructive with very powerful messages about how we can improve, It is totally sustainable to transmit them through music or writing, this whole aspect of the dream world is very interesting.
Ive used dream dictionaries because sometimes they can be so confusing...from my experience its always something related to my real life even if it doesnt seem like it
I always love to listen to other peoples dreams and how they may of come to be because of influences in our day to day.
Me too! I love waking up in the morning and sharing dreams with friends, to see what journeys we've all been on. :)

It too tough for understand what they are trying to convey, being from India I used to listen to a lot of Sufi singers in my childhood cuz my dad was a big fan but now eventually I listen to only English hiphop since i dont know my teenage!
