Donkey Portrait!!📷📸
My 'second' home, but first in my heart and a very important piece of myself, is in Kea. This beautiful, small and picturesque island is my retreat..We (@rouketas and I) come there every time we need to get away from the world, seeking for calm and inspiration.. (I'm not so sure about inspiration this time, because the only inspiration we had ,was drinking and taking photos for #sevendaybeerchallenge by @trumpman!..)
So a few days before,we were in Tzia and visited our favorite places. One of them is Chora(Ioulis), the capital of island, with the traditional cycladic houses,the narrow paths, the magnificent view and the lovely mules and donkeys!!
I took some photos, but this cute donkey, in a scenery with white and light blue color, caught my attention!! ❤️

That's a beautiful post @loveisintheair. Donkeys are honest, hard-working, patient and loyal creatures. They are also extremely stubborn, proud and vengeful. Especially if you disrespect them for no good reason. I know because I grew up around them as a kid.
I love them as they have some of the greatest virtues in my opinion. Donkeys may not attack you as bulls do (out of fury), but they will plan their vegeance and when they decide to attack, ohhhh God.... you will feel it 😉

They are amazing creatures,indeed! I love them too and I grew up, like you, around them. You describe exactly their behavioral characteristics!

I was kicked by one...that's how I know. Thank God he didn't directly kick me or I could be dead now (I was really young). I felt the ''ωστικό κύμα'' of the kick and it still hurt me...Go figure ;) lol

Γιατί έφαγα μια τούμπα στην προσπάθεια μου να τον βγάλω φωτογραφίες , που μου κόπηκε η λαλιά!! Και άρχισε να γκαρίζει και ο γαϊδαράκος μου( τρόμαξε φαίνεται με μένα, χαχα) και έτσι αποτυχία το κόνσεπτ με την Βουγιουκλάκη!
Συγγνώμη! Συγγνώμη, αλλά γελάω μετά δακρύων με το σκηνικό! Είπαμε η τέχνη θέλει θυσίες, αλλά όχι κι έτσι. Ευτυχώς έχεις τον @rouketas και σε κάνει μάκια να περάσει! ❤️
