Yes, of course. The house is a basic need. Everyone needs a decent home. The price of a house will be influenced by its strategic location.
Here in the UK, house prices have risen beyond what most young people can afford and they now are having to rent as they cannot afford it. House prices cannot keep rising to this extent , there has to be a correction.
