STEEMIT PROMOTION

Introduction

Steemit is one of the fastest growing open source project that has been given a new dimension to our daily activities on social media and leaves us satisfied with tangible rewards. Steemit sees to it that creativity and novelty is rewarded. Nonetheless, it is rather fascinating that only a handfull of persons know about Steemit despite its fast-growing tendencies , particularly in Nigeria and the African continent. I was introduced to Steemit in December, 2017, and by January 2018, I became an active user of the platform since. Having enjoined the benefits of this platform, I decided to publicize Steemit and really sensitize people on what is going on, especially in my Nigeria. I have been able to introduce the platform to over 30 persons I've met physically and otherwise including family and friends. Not with great precision though, but I've actually reached out to 47 persons one-on-one based on this subject. With the zeal to reach out to more people I decided to engage in active online social media promotions. The aim is not just for them to come and get rewarded. Steemit as I've duly noticed enhances mental growth, as users will have to diligently take time to study, make research and make posts if they are to make anything out their time spent on steemit.

Audience

I ran a social media promotion and it is capable of reaching over 10,000 people within the age range of 18 to over 65. This was done in order to maximize the reach and hence, promote Steemit more.

Activity

To run this social media promotion, I created a Facebook page called "Daralouis Product Promoter" and made a post explaining Steemit to the audience. A link to steemit was also provided so they could sign up. I made a post which describes what Steemit is about and also encourages others to sign up cause I'd love more wonderful people to join Steemit.

Results

The post made although not a quick one, reached more than 5,333 individuals as at when I arranged this post. Individuals likewise enjoyed the post, demonstrating their advantage. I additionally supported sharing the post soon their friends could join in as well.
