[Tutorial] Buy Steem Monster Booster Pack with BETA Token on Steem Engine

A few days ago I wrote a tutorial and showed you how you can load STEEM credit at Steem Engine and buy tokens.

In this tutorial I want to show you how to buy a BETA token and convert it into a Steem Monster Booster Pack. From time to time it can even happen that this way to buy a booster pack is cheaper. I'll also show you how you can check when a Booster Pack over Tokens is cheaper than the conventional purchase.

So let's go and get some cheap booster packs.

Step 1 - The BETA token

After we have successfully loaded our account with STEEMP or STEEMP already exists on our account, we can switch to the token page of the BETA token:

On this page we perform the purchase of the BETA token.

Step 2 - Finding the right offer

In my example we see on the right side of "Sell Orders" that someone is willing to give a BETA token with a value of 3,590 STEEM. In total, he sells 2 at this rate. So if we wanted to buy both tokens, we would pay 7,180 STEEM for 2 Steem Monster Booster Packs.

We click once on the number 3,59000 to get the value of the sell order in the field "Buy BETA".

Step 3 - Purchase the BETA token

In the "Buy BETA" area we have now deposited our value for a BETA token. In the area "Quantity" we now enter the quantity we want to buy. In the example the maximum would be 2 pieces.

I now want to buy 1 BETA token and enter the 1.

Total tells me how much I have to spend. We complete the purchase by clicking on the "Buy BETA" button.

Once we have successfully completed the purchase, the BETA token will be placed in our wallet.

Step 4 - Exchange wallet & token

We head over to our own wallet at Steem-Engine.com. For this we click on the link "Wallet" in the navigation above. Here you can see all your tokens which are in your possession. Also the recently purchased BETA token.

At the BETA token we click on the symbol to open the popup window for shipping. In the popup we now enter the necessary information to exchange the BETA token for a Steem Monster Booster BETA Pack.

We send the token back to @steemmonsters

We can leave the field for the memo empty. This is not required.

Once we have sent the token, it is back in the pool at Steem Monsters and has been exchanged for a Beta Booster Pack.

Step 5 - The Booster Pack has arrived

Now we change to the page of Steemmonsters.com where we would like to see our Booster Pack now.
For this we change to the area where we can open the Booster Packs.

Your booster pack should now be visible here.

Now we have the option to either open the Booster Pack and draw fresh new cards, give the Booster Pack away or do the same step we just did the other way around. So to make the Booster Pack a BETA token again and offer it.

My Booster Pack was much cheaper than I would buy it in the market. Since I bought my BETA Token for 3,590 STEEM as described above, the current market price for a Booster Pack is 4,081 STEEM. This step, as stated in the tutorial, saved me 0.491 STEEM.

I hope I could teach you in a simple and understandable way how to buy BETA tokens on Steem-Engine.com and turn them into a BETA Booster Pack.
