Tofu Quinoa Salad

It has to be fast and tasty, doesn't it?
Healthy would be nice too.
From time to time I like quinoa, yeah, it can be really delicious.
Today I mixed quinoa with fried tofu, carrots, a little leek, spices and garlic. Soy sauce served to round off the taste.

Salada de Tofu Quinoa

Tem de ser rápido e saboroso, não é?
Saudável também seria bom.
De vez em quando eu gosto de quinoa, sim, pode ser realmente delicioso.
Hoje eu misturei quinoa com tofu frito, cenoura, um pouco de alho-poró, especiarias e alho. O molho de soja serviu para completar o sabor.

Tofu Quinoa Salat

Schnell und lecker hat es zu sein, oder?
Ab und an finde ich Quinoa richtig delikat.
Heute hab ich Quinoa mit angebratenen Tofu, Karotten, Etwas Lauch, Gewürzen und Knoblauch gemixt. Sojasauce diente zum geschmacklichen Abrunden.
