The other day finally my juicer arrived!

It is a slow masticating juicer so all the goodies in veggies and fruits are going straight into juice and nothing is being burned in the process of extracting it (unlike regular juices that heat up during juicing and so kill a part of vitamins and other benefits of the product.)

The benefit of slow masticator is that you can extract juices not only from soft fruits and veggies but also it is perfect for extracting the goodies from leafs and even nuts (for making almond milk for example)!

The pulp indeed is much drier than it is with regular juicers so you can be sure that you get maximum juice out of the product.

ALSO, I hit the gym for the first time in a half a year this week.
I am slowly starting to get ready for the summer. After all, we have so many videos in mind so I have to be in shape when we get to work! :)
