Pittsburg Kneelers This Is The Only 1 With Brains.

If you aren't already aware, The NFL has, for varying reasons, started kneeling during the National Anthem in an embarrassing display of useless defiance.
It is tradition that our National Anthem brings the audience to their feet, some times their hands placed over their hearts, as a symbol of patriotism, and pride and gratitude . It's an easy way to give meaning to the lives of our ancestors who paved the road for us no matter what they endured.
Our founders held the belief that people deserve to have a chance to choose how they spend their time on earth.
This concept was a righteous and dangerous topic for our founders, yet they risked everything in order to secure these “Certain Inalienable Rights”.

At some point in life, with all this liberty people became self-entitled in their pursuit of happiness.

This is the paradox that brings us to the current dilemma. We created monsters in The United States Of America.

Here is my letter to all of the kneelers in the NFL.

Dear NFL Kneelers,
You are free to disrespect the entire foundation of our great country. You do realize that refusing to acknowledge the National Anthem does not have any relevance what-so-ever to historical wrongdoings of any culture.
Be honest. Equality is not what you want guys.
I drive a beat up Chevy Malibu, and I like to use coupons . In the name of equality why don't you give me one of your shiny cars and give your cleaning lady a day off, more than 1 day a week. Tip your bartenders too! You say you "want equality".
So, NFL Kneelers, while you eat your prime rib dinners, drive your luxury cars, and listen to whatever music you love, remember: That you are living the American dream.

The beautiful family you tuck into their beds at night- they too are free to be whoever they become.

That NFL salary is a whole lot of Dollars with those founding leaders faces looking right at you every time you consume "a little more".

You are free to kneel on your nicely padded knees while our Star Spangled Banner brightly billows; but you don't kneel the way Dr. Martin Luther King did. There is no comparison. That great man had purpose, and dignity and he was ACTUALLY protesting real inequality.
DR Martin Luther King would be ashamed of you all, because he was a patriotic man. He was able to bring justice and change because of the principals of those people before him. He used the disadvantages he faced as an African American Male and stood his ground for a reason.
But when you kneel, NFL players, it is fiction.
You kneel as rich and prosperous men!
You say you care about justice and equality, ok- take the camera and the money and the fame out of the picture.
Spend some time trying to change the correctional institutions.
How about volunteering as an advocate for youth with no family?
Not as glamourous as sitting your smug self on a padded knee for the cameras so you can feel better about the guilt you have accumulated.
That's real.

As a GROUP the way you kneel together
makes you appear as dainty as a flower.
You are supposed to be RUGGED, Men.

Rugged Men don't disrespect the rugged men
who built their rich, abundant lives.

Shame isn't a low enough word to describe your value,
when you degrade the precious, most hard earned right- and that is FREEDOM.

You Know, You are free to use your inner decency too.

You are free to stand up and be the kind of man
who could pave the way to greater things, just like the people on your money did for you.

I'm not talking about racism
And I'm not talking about slavery.
I'm talking about a man being a man.

There are plenty of other countries where your knees would be broken for speaking at all.
Unless you have bad knees stop being so impolite.
Stand up.
