EUR/USD remains bullish despite recent pull back from 1.1795, the pair is trading above its key support at 1.1740, which should limit the downside potential.

RSI is above its neutrality level at 50. Even though a continuation of the consolidation cannot be ruled out, its extent should be limited. Therefore, above 1.1740, look for a rebound to 1.1795 and even 1.1820 in extension. Alternatively, below 1.1740 expect a return to 1.1720 and 1.1680 as targets.

On the data slate there’s Switzerland UBS Consumption Indicator; German IFO – Business Climate; German IFO – Expectations; German IFO – Current Assessment; UK Loans for House Purchase; UK GDP; US Mortgage Applications; us Durable Goods Orders; US House Price Index; US New Home Sales and US Crude Oi Inventories.

      I cashed in again yesterday, thanks lordoftruth, I think I will leave it today. Eur interest rate decision tomorrow so I think EUR will go sideways, I never touch GBP while brexit talks are going on, even a sneeze changes the direction of GBP.

      Got up too late to catch AUD falling.
