Easy Way To Prepare Chicken Weed Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla wrap.
- 2 chicken breasts.
- 2 limes.
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon pure sesame oil.
- 1 teaspoon sriracha.
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger.
- Black pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of cannabis-infused extra virgin olive oil.
- Baby spinach.

Recipe:
- Rrinse chicken breasts under cold water.
- Cut up the chicken breasts into small pieces.
- Place chicken pieces in a plastic storage container.
- Juice the 2 limes over a large glass measuring cup.
- Add soy sauce over lime juice and power the light brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, freshly minced ginger, and a dash of black pepper.
- Stir well with a fork to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Put the container into refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Heat up a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add in 2 tablespoons of cannabis-infused olive oil.
- Add the marinaded chicken once the oil is hot, and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Lay one of the whole wheat wraps down on a plate.
- Create a base layer with baby spinach.
- Place the cooked chicken strip onto the bed of spinach.
- Top off with your favourite hot sauce or other condiment and roll.
- Slice the wrap in half, and serve immediately.
