its a good post @lopezdacruz parents have a big rule to educate their children especially at the very young age 14yrs old needs to be love and be protected by any could make them harm, parents and agencies authorized by the welfare of the children should be aware of this problems...may they be guided

And how should we change that? Parents have their responsibilities as well. Not only for their children but also for their own behaviour and the society they live in. This besides of the fact sexual abuse and teenage mothers are in certain cultures pretty "normal".. fact is also the female body is already aging at 18 years old and girls seem to have their period way earlier.
