#ulog 9: Something For Dada

Today we are thankful for the sun and beautiful dry weather. No more rain for today , we had enough of it for more than a week. There were some good things about the rainy weather though and one of those is we were able to stay home together bonding as a family. That thought made me feel thankful for the little things in life. We do not wait for the big ones to come. I realized these little and maybe insignificant things or moments will form the most beautiful memories in the future.

Today, I took the two kids with me and my sister. We had a post celebration for the father's day event. We found ourselves at a local pizza place. I am not a fan of the new pizza variety they have. I think it was over hyped. It tastes like what it is nothing more nothing less. For me a pizza should be and should taste like pizza and not a burger or something. Anyway, I still enjoyed eating the other variety which I am thankful for because I had an option.

When we left I took this free cardboard cap intended for the father's because it was their day. I could have left it in there but realized this could be a symbolic gift for my husband so I took it home. He only comes home on weekends because of his job which is quite far from where we live.
