I congratulate everyone on the Easter holiday!

Today we have a bright holiday - Easter! And I want to thank one bright person - @gringalicious. For her inspirational posts. Thanks to them, I decided to try myself in this difficult matter - to bake cakes.

For us, Easter is certainly a family holiday. Since the Palm Sunday, we are all trying to have time to finish all our affairs. Go to church, bring your soul and thoughts in order. We finish all preparations on Friday. Saturday for the rest. I believe in God in my own way. I do not attend church every Sunday.

This time I decided to bake cakes and make a cottage cheese casserole. I did it, I'm very happy! A little worried. To decorate helped my son, he is a master in this business. We painted eggs together. And he helped me in a very important task - to turn on the oven! "It was so sweet - the son was very proud of himself, because he was trusted.

As it turned out, this is not so difficult. I have watched many times how cakes and cottage cheese casserole are baked, but I did not dare to do it myself. Next year, I most likely, too, I will bake myself.
After all, I have such a wonderful helper.
