Steem market is crashing !
There is a ton of gaming of the system going on. From the liquidity rewards abuse to the scripted up voting by whale accounts. The market has been steadily declining for the past 24 hours with no real buyers. That to me means there is a big seller or sellers working to get out. I simply do not understand why this market would stabilize or go up until these issues are resolved. No real buyers = lots of natural sellers = declining market. Hype fades and there has been some very large paper gains made that will likely be realized soon enough by smart people. More outside positive publicity should help.

Steem has become way over priced for the early stage at which Steemit currently is. That makes it really expensive to convert any Steem Dollars you have into Steam Power. A market correction is definitely in order and would definitely be for the benefit of the whole platform. The whales will try to fight it but eventually it has to happen. I would suggest on holding off if you have any SD to convert or you want to buy any Steem.

I actually believe there is a lot of great ideas in steemit, and if the price decreases, I will invest more. I am sure people are putting money in hoping that they caught it just before a huge spike, then see hacking and try to remove it asap. You gotta make these investments from a long term perspective over a day to day decision. Cheers!
I agree. I am simply trying to trade around the short term. There are issues to be worked out for sure, and if you are in it for the super long term, by all means. I am a trader and will be trading =)

Yes, or sell now buy steem lower. There has to be people wanting to cash out. Especially whales and liquidity reward exploiters.
