Gouache Sketches
I have tried to get back into sketching in gouache paints. I find it be a really fun and quick medium for some good color studies. I try to go for more an attempt in capturing light and feeling than minute detail so it presents itself as a great challenge and learning experience.
These kinds of sketches are always fun and I always seem to learn something from them.

Thank you. Learning to see and pick colors is still a really big challenge though. I'm not sure it ever becomes "easy".
These are fantastic sketches. Light is always a dragon so many of us are after. I love Gouache for the same reasons, it's just fantastic to work with.
