Monday Monday
I ran 5.187km this morning in 34mm:3ss starting at 08:57am !
Cold! 36F/2C and misty at the start although the sun was burning it all off by the time I finished. The sheltered bit along the river by the warehouses felt even colder, though I didn't see any actual ice. By the time I'd finished my arms and hands had warmed up, but I might have to bite the bullet and go for the long sleeves and gloves if it stays this way.
Anyway, good to have it a bit brighter in the mornings for a while until we get closer to solstice. I read somewhere that there are plans to scrap Daylight Savings Time in Europe, which would be interesting.
Meanwhile we still don't really know whether we're going to be in the EU this time next week or not... (I think we probably are)
