Wooo. Well that's all kicking off then.

We have a new name - these unconference/open spaces I'll be doing between now and June 8th will be called "Power Pow Wows"

There's a little group working on this with me online. I'm going to open that up to Facebook today - I had principled and philosophical reasons for choosing Loomio to organise and it's a great tool, but it feels more suited to a long-term community of people living and working together rather than somewhere to move quickly and break things.

I've settled on using a wordpress blog for reports. Yes wouldn't it be great if we could get all these people on Steemit. Yes it would but it's more work than I can sort out in 7 weeks. People will not have to worry about signing up for a new platform, they'll be able to send an e-mail to a central address and have their stuff published semi-automagically.

We need venues - all around the UK. Lots of people in London are talking about places in London. That's great but it's not the priority. We need (hall, large meeting room) space for about a hundred people, chairs, tea coffee and wifi that's about it and free or for a small ££ contribution.

Which brings me on to moolah. I've set up a gofundme crowdfund page to cover the costs of my time (could you afford to give up any work for the next seven weeks and just go on the road? You could? Well why are you still going to work every day??? :D ) and some assistance and my travel around the country. I will be sleeping on sofas and spare beds.
