A quick veggie update
In a post earlier, I mentioned how I had lost the war on the cabbage looper caterpillar and that I had cut all my kale right down - just leaving stalks.
Well, as you can see from the photo below, - it has grown back and is looking nice and healthy again - so fingers crossed that the caterpillars keep away!!
I shall be inspecting the leaves every day so that I can hopefully prevent another war.
I thought I would show you how my heirloom zucchini seedlings are progressing too.
This will be my first attempt to growing them vertically, so I shall post some pics when they are bigger - but for now, they are looking good so far.

Those are looking good indeed! You can spray the leaves with a garlic spray to keep the butterflies away
