Russian fillers / words-parazites in the Russian language

Today we will talk about filler words in Russian, the words that separately hardly ever carry any sense, but people use them in casual speech a lot, they help us to feel the gaps in a conversation, when we need to take our time to think or when we don't really know what to say, they help us to express some emotions using just one word, but when overused, they become annoying, like parasites (that's actually a Russian name for filler words - words-parasites). But we need to learn them, because unless you plan to read just classical Russian literature, you are going to hear them everywhere, they're needed to be understood for the reason of being widely used by native Russian speakers.
