有一种财富理论说的是：一个人，他在未来的社会地位，他的财富就是他周围交往最频繁的六个人的平均值。很早以前就听过这种说法，只是当时没太在意，现在仔细想想，这种说法确实有道理。
不难发现，其实这种六人均值理论的说法是从另一个角度反映出了向上社交的重要性以及跨越阶层的方法。所谓交往最频繁的可以理解为有效社交或者说是一个圈层。
一个人交往的最频繁的六个人的财富平均值就能决定这个人的财富值，由此可以看出圈层的重要性，更告诉我们了提升自己财富值的方法，即是打破现有圈层向上社交。
