Motivación | Cómo expandir tu zona de confort
¡Hola, Steemians! Nuevamente compartiéndoles un vídeo donde Euge Oller nos comparte 5 consejos prácticos para expandir nuestra zona de confort.
Pero que es la zona de confort? La zona de confort es esa zona la cual nos sentimos seguros y protegidos por qué es una actividad que solemos hacer repetidas veces, actividad que estamos acostumbrados a hacerlo. No estamos acostumbrados a ser actividades que se salen fuera de nuestra zona de confort actividades que cuando las queremos realizar cuestan mucho realizarlas debido a que nunca las hemos hecho.
Todos queremos una vida de ensueño, pero la realidad es que nuestras acciones no se alinean con lo que queremos. "Debes salir de tu zona cómoda para que las cosas empiecen a suceder."
