Aumenta tu Autoestima 💪
Todos sabemos que la autoestima viene de lo que tú piensas de ti mismo, no de lo que los demás piensan de ti.
Lo cierto es que cuando no hay amor propio, la mente opera de tal forma que pasa por alto muchos aspectos positivos de lo que somos. Es entonces cuando un recordatorio se convierte en un valioso instrumento para incrementar la autoestima.
Simplemente se trata de llevar un inventario escrito de lo mejor de nosotros. Lo que te gusta de ti, lo que lograste hoy, los obstáculos que has vencido.
