What can musing.io do to ensure equal upvotes on quality contents?

Here are some things musing might want to try:

• Track users who consistently write quality answers. Some writers are more skilled than other average users. Musing may consider keeping track of these users and when they write answers, musing curators will check these new answers and reward them based on their quality. 
• Keep an eye on cheaters trying to steal other people's content. Some abusers might try to use plagiarized content from other websites. Musing curators should check these answers and either ignore them or flag them.
• Give lower upvotes to new accounts with low reputation. If the answer writer has a low reputation and his account was created in the last 30 days, I think musing should give lower upvotes on his post even if it is high quality. This will prevent the possibility of curators cheating and colliding with other users to cheat the system.
