Disqualify and unapprove posts that are defaming another Utopian user or a user of the steem blockchain
In a recent post by doodlebear he claimed:
It Looks Like, Getting Votes By Multiple Bots And @Utopian-io Works After All And Seems To Be Normal After All
As you can see in the comment section of this article, the user @littleboy got himself "a minnowbooster selfgoat". Which is nice for him. The problem is that he also got an upvote by @utopian-io and @elear, which had a value of almost 8$.
He then went on to make a veiled attack on me:
In effect this means that with users ignoring the rule, those who stick to it get a smaller upvote than they should.
In the comments section of that post, he called my behavior unethical:
Well, technically, I would call it unethical behavior what you did, whether you were aware of that or not. The thread is now supposed to clarify if this is ok or not and what kind of consequences should be drawn.
This made me realize that Utopian doesn't have any specific rule about defamation of other Utopian users or users who use the steem blackchain, that is, users who have accouts in the steem blockchain. So, my suggestion is that, add a rule in the https://utopian.io/rules that disqualify posts making defamatory allegations against other users.
Some users might be confused about why I am calling doodlebear defamatory. Let me clear things up:

I have not broken any rules defined by Utopian.io by using voting votes. I used voting bots from the main steemit site. There is no breaking of rules here.
He called my behavior unethical for using voting bots. Well, there is nothing unethical about using voting bots. It is perfectly acceptable and standard practice in steem blockchain. Mentally retarded people might differ because they can't learn and understand things as fast as the average person.
And I brought the votes two hours before the Utopian vote which actually decreased my Utopian upvote percentage. He claimed I used the bot after Utopian upvote which is a lie. He lied.

As for description, it should include all types of namecalling, spreading misinformation or lying about something. I wrote a demo description below:
Contributions must not use namecalling directed at other users of steem blockchain. Contributions also may not contain false information about another user that may be perceived as defamotory.

Wow, my exact demo was added to the site. Nice.
We try very hard to keep Utopian fair to everybody. This is a young project in full growth. I can somehow understand your frustration with other members both inside and outside of Utopian but we as a team don't judge users. Utopian can only judges the posts itself because these are entered using our system. We have no rules about commenting, we don't check them, we don't support them, we don't condemn them, it's a free world there.
As for your entry. We discussed it lengthy and agreed that you should be more specific in your idea and provide the rule. "Description" is not enough in our opinion. Please edit the post and we can approve.
