12 more bots added to the Utopian botlist

12 more bots added to the Utopian botlist. But they aren't actually bots. They are vote sellers who received delegation from freedom. They are also selling votes via minnowbooster as well. Relevant code change is provided below:

    ];

    Whether you approve a contribution or not depends on whether it was marged or not.

    Only merged Pull Requests will be accepted ...

    Put it under review. The bot use is not penalized but bots are ignored. For that, Utopian needs a ignore list. I will talk with elear for more. If the pull is accepted it is a valid contribution. If the pull is rejected, it is not.

      Bots aren't allowed on Utopian.io I think, so they need a list of who they are. If we flag bots and bot users and do not use them ourselves, bots can be battled. Currently bots are the biggest voters on Steemit, so it's a tough battle.
